  • Tips for Gyma Kids Partner Success
    As a partner on Gyma Kids, it’s important to keep several things in mind when teaching a class. How you teach a class, what you teach and when you teach could all determine if your class is successful or not. Remember, if you have any questions, reach out to info@gymakids.com! It’s more than an in - person activity. They should feel like fun classes that kids will enjoy. Be high energy and use your hands or body whenever possible to keep it visually engaging. Offer something unique. Create your own approach to each class, and really show how passionate you are about teaching a specific subject. Classes should be interactive. All classes should include significant communication between coaches and kids, and communication between kids as well. During class… Take a moment to introduce yourself and ask your students (or their parents) to introduce themselves, too. Ask your students to leave a review after class has dismissed so you can build your reputation on Gyma Kids!
  • How am I paid?
    At Gyma Kids we pay our partners monthly.
  • How do I know I have a booking?
    All of your reservations will appear in your Gyma Kids Partner Dashboard under the Bookings tab. You should also receive a confirmation email each time a customer books or cancels a class. If you are not receiving these notifications or would like to change the email address where these emails are sent, please email info@gymakids.com
  • Will I be paid if a Gyma Kid member cancels their booking after the cancellation window has closed?
    If a Gyma Kids member cancels their booking once the cancellation window has closed or does not cancel but does not show up, you will not be compensated for that spot. Gyma Kids pays per check - in not per booking.
  • Does the membership automatically renew?
    We are a subscription service; Gyma offers 3- month subscriptions with different check-ins limits. You can cancel your membership after the end of the 3 - month cycle.
  • I forgot my password, help!
    You can request to change your password at the login/register process. After entering your email address, a separate link will be emailed to you that will allow you to create a new password. If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check your spam folder and drag the email to your inbox. Note: The email subject is “Gyma Kids Reset Password” and it is coming from info@gymakids.com.
  • How can I edit my details?
    You can edit your details in the My Account section in the members area on the website.
  • What is my username?
    Your username is the email address on your Gyma Kids account.
  • How do I book an activity?
    You can search for activities on our Activities page by filtering by category, location, date, time, and age. Once you’ve found an activity you want to attend, you’ll see an option to book the activity.
  • How do the offers work?
    Each one will provide you with full instructions on how to claim the offer, each offer can vary depending on the activity.
  • How much does a membership cost?
    Gyma Kids has three membership plans to choose from, which can be seen here: Basic Plan: €50/month for 8 Check - Ins per month. Check - ins over for 90 days, and you can visit most providers up to 4 times per month. This plan is good for families with one child. Family Plan: €100/month for 16 Check - Ins per month. Check - ins roll over for 90 days, and you can visit most providers up to 8 times per month. This plan is great for families with multiple children. Power Plan: €189/month for Unlimited Check - Ins per month. Check - ins roll over for 90 days, and you can visit most providers up to 8 times per month. This plan works well for families with multiple children who want to try a lot of activities. Additional drop ins can be purchased at any time during the month in your Account Settings.
  • What is Gyma Kids?
    It's a new kind of membership that helps parents discover and book amazing children’s activities across the island of Cyprus.
  • How do I add children to my account?
    You can add additional Children to your account by purchasing the "2 kidos" membership.
  • Is there an age limit?
    Our offers may vary on their own age limit depending on the activity. Our membership and partner's monthly membership are from 6month until 18yo.
  • Will purchasing a monthly partner subscription affect my monthly Gyma Kids membership?
    Your monthly Gyma Kids membership will not be affected. Monthly partners subscriptions are purchased separately from your monthly membership.
  • How do I find a list of all offers before I signed up?
    You can view a list of all our offers before joining our Gyma Kids Pass app. You can search by category, city or simply from the interactive map. Maybe the following FAQs can help. If not, then please contact us.
  • What kind of memberships you offer?
    We offer Gyma 3 - month subscriptions plans and monthly partner's subscriptions. You can choose which one works for you.
  • Do you have to use the offers straight away once they have been purchased?
    You can choose your own starting date for your membership. Once your membership is activity you can start booking services. As long as the monthly Gyma Kids Pass is active you can book activities.
  • Can I pause my membership?
    If you’re going on a long vacation or your child is going to sleepaway camp, pausing your Gyma Kids membership is a great option. You keep unused credits and all relevant information in your account (child name, booking history) without getting charged. Pausing your membership will take effect once your current billing cycle ends and you must set an end date. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 8th of each month (you were most recently charged on 5/8/23 and you set your membership to pause on 5/11/23 until 7/27/23, you would be able to use credits until 6/8/23. On 7/27/23, you would be charged your membership and you would be able use your credits to book thousands of kid’s activities. Please note, you will not be able to book activities or use any credits while your account is on pause. Any classes scheduled beyond your current billing cycle end date will automatically be cancelled.
  • How many membership do I need to cover my whole family?
    You will only need one membership; this will cover your whole family.
  • What kind of activities are available?
    Gyma Kids offers all kinds of amazing in person activities sports, swimming, biking, dancing and many more. We truly believe that it is every parent’s responsibility to let their child learn through experience to find their own passion. Gyma Kids is a great way to do just that. To see what’s available, head to our Activities page, where you can browse activities and activity providers. From there, you can apply filters to search by in person class format, neighborhood, age range, categories, and credits.
  • Where is Gyma Kids available?
    Gyma Kids is currently available in Cyprus only! Across the island of Cyprus, families can enjoy partner's in - person activities. Please input your city and filter for "in-person activities" to find out if there are in-person instructors available near you.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Memberships start with a 3 month minimum contract - 3 recurring monthly payments, meaning no additional payments will be made after the expiration of the 3 month period. After the end of the 3 month you can cancel your membership.
  • How do I reset my password?
    Please visit our website and select log in as member. You will then see a "forgot your password?" button. Select Forgot Your Password and enter the email address on your Gyma Pass account. You will be sent a link to your email address to re-set your password.
